§ 19-44. Boathouses and piers; Lake Houston.

Where a floodway has been designated, the city engineer may issue a floodplain development permit for construction of a boathouse or pier provided the proposed development meets the requirements for bridge construction provided in section 19-43(e) of this Code. No floodplain development permit shall be necessary for construction of a boathouse or pier on Lake Houston.
