§ 20-174. Required.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, either for himself or as agent or representative of another, to:

    (1)

    Engage in the business of selling or offering for sale farm produce, in the city limits, as a peddler of such farm produce, without first having obtained a license therefor.

    (2)

    Maintain or operate an establishment for the retail sale of farm produce without first having obtained a license therefor.
