§ 20-218. Inspection reports.

(a)

Whenever an inspection of a food vending machine or machines is made, the original of the completed inspection form shall be furnished to the operator. A copy shall be made and, the copy shall become part of the health officer's permanent files.

(b)

Whenever the health officer discovers a violation of any provision of this article or other applicable laws, he shall notify the operator concerned either by the inspection report form or by other written notice. Such form or notice shall:

(1)

Describe the condition found; and

(2)

Provide a specific period of time for the correction of the condition.

(c)

The provisions of this section shall not relieve any person of criminal or civil penalties for such violation.
