§ 21-62. Encampment in a public place prohibited; penalty.

(a)

Encampment in a public place in the city is unlawful.

(b)

Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in section 1-6 of this Code.
