§ 22-19. Term and limitation on number of permits at specific location.

A permit issued pursuant to this article shall continue in effect so long as a sale or exhibit is continuously held in the city, but in no event shall the permit continue in effect for more than 7 consecutive days from the date of issuance. A permit shall not be issued for more than three sales or exhibits per calendar year for each specific location or for more than ten sales or exhibits for each street vendor per calendar year. No more than two permits per rolling 30 day period shall be issued to the same street vendor.
