§ 23-76. Construction permit required.

It shall be unlawful to build, erect, alter or make major repairs to any bulkhead on or in the lake unless a construction permit has been issued by the public works official. An application for a bulkhead construction permit must include a plat showing the property lines and the layout of the bulkhead.
