§ 23-151. Revocation of license.

  • (a)

    The public works official may revoke any shoreline license if the official reasonably believes that:

    (1)

    The licensee has failed to maintain a permanent telephone number and permanent address;

    (2)

    The licensee's shoreline is unsanitary;

    (3)

    The licensee's shoreline is used in violation of any of the ordinances of the city;

    (4)

    The sewage or garbage facilities on the shoreline or licensee's adjacent premises are insufficient or may cause an adverse environmental impact to the lake; or

    (5)

    The licensee is in default of any parks concession permit or contract as determined by the parks director.

    (b)

    The public works official shall remove the license tag from the shoreline within 48 hours after revocation of the license and shall not return the license tag until he has determined that the owner has taken steps to comply with all applicable laws, permit requirements and contractual requirements.
