§ 2-97. Charge for criminal history record information reports (clearance letters).

There is hereby authorized a charge for the issuance of criminal history record information
reports, known as clearance letters, in the amount stated for this provision in the
city fee schedule for each letter issued. Such letters may be issued for purposes
of international travel and other lawful purposes in accordance with applicable federal
and Texas laws and regulations.
