§ 32-40. Violations declared nuisance.

It shall be unlawful for any person to neglect or refuse to comply with any provision of this article. Additionally, any neglect or refusal to comply with any provision of this article shall be deemed a nuisance and may be abated in the manner provided by law and by the ordinances of the city for abatement of nuisances.
