§ 37-8. Compliance with law.

Latest version.

To the extent of any conflict between any of the terms or provisions of this chapter and any state or federal law, rule or regulation, including without limitation, the Act and the Administrative Procedure and Texas Register Act (Article 6252-13a of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, as amended) which has precedence over this chapter as a matter of law, the provisions of such state or federal law, rule or regulation shall prevail.
