§ 40-178. Issuance; fee.

The Director of Houston Public Works or his designee ("the director") shall issue a permit for the carrying, hauling or transporting of earth materials to the owner of a vehicle, upon his making a written application and paying the permit fee stated for this provision in the city fee schedule.
