Editor's note

Former § 47-29, which pertained to restrictions on the provision of water service for fire protection purposes, was repealed by § 1 of Ord. No. 86-2109, enacted Dec. 3, 1986. The repealed provisions derived from § 49-27 of the 1968 Code.
