§ 47-804. Dedication of assets to drainage utility system.

Latest version.

Existing City of Houston drainage facilities, including all real, personal, or mixed property, materials and supplies are incorporated into the drainage utility system as permitted by section 552.046 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended.
