§ 6-56. Regulations promulgated by the director.

Consistent with the provisions of this Code and applicable state and federal laws, the director may adopt and implement regulations for the administration of this article and the keeping of wild animals. The director shall post a copy of the regulations on BARC's website and maintain a copy of the regulations for inspection in the offices of the city secretary and the director. The director shall provide copies for purchase at for fees provided by law.
