§ 8-55. Separate license for each person engaged in business at same place.

(a)

A separate license issued hereunder shall be required for each person who may engage in the business of dealing in new motor vehicles or used motor vehicles, or both, at any fixed or established place of business.

(b)

A separate license issued hereunder shall be required for each person who may engage in the business of dealing in new motor vehicle parts or accessories or used motor vehicle parts or accessories, or both, at any fixed or established place of business.
