§ 8-87. Expiration and renewal.

  • (a)

    Each salesman license shall expire each year on the last day of the month of the anniversary of the license holder's date of birth.

    (b)

    The first license issued to an individual hereunder shall expire on the last day of the month of the salesman license holder's date of birth following the expiration of one year from issuance.

    (c)

    The license may be renewed annually upon payment to the chief of police of the fee stated for this provision in the city fee schedule.

    (d)

    No license that has lapsed for 90 days or more shall be renewed except upon re-examination upon the same terms and conditions as provided for herein in the case of original licenses.
