Canvas Ord. No. 2012-1003, §§ 7—9, adopted November 19, 2012, adopted at an election of November 6, 2012, repealed § 10 in its entirety. Originally adopted in 1905, said section pertained to exempting City officers and employees from jury duty. State law requires that all citizens of this state—Including employees of the City—Are required to serve on jury duty.
