§ 10-733. Notice.

Latest version.

Prior to an inspection, the fire department shall send written notice of the required fire inspection to the care giver of each licensed and registered child-care home at the address published by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. The notice shall include a fire inspection form and information regarding payment.
