§ 16-50. Fines to be paid to clerk or officer.

Latest version.

All fines assessed by the municipal courts shall be paid to the clerk of the municipal courts or some officer designated by the presiding judge to receive the same. No person is to be imprisoned for nonpayment of a fine except as set out in section 16-51 of this Code.
