§ 28-534. Building permit requirement and plan review.

(a)

A tower permit obtained pursuant to the provisions of this article shall become invalid after the passage of 180 days from the date of final approval of the tower permit unless any required building permit for the construction or alteration of the tower has been obtained before the expiration of that 180-day period.

(b)

The construction, placement or alteration of a tower is subject to any plan review, permitting requirement or hearing process applicable to commercial construction in general which is required either by ordinance or by the rules promulgated by the director; provided that the regulation or rules are consistent with the provisions of this article.
