§ 29-152. Dealers' responsibilities.

(a)

As to any sales lot operated by a holder of a manufactured housing retailer's certificate issued pursuant to Article 5221f, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, as amended, the holder of such certificate shall ensure that all requirements of this article are complied with.

(b)

As to any sales lot which is not operated by a holder of a manufactured housing retailer's certificate issued pursuant to Article 5221f, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, as amended, the person who operates such lot shall ensure that all requirements of this article are met.

(c)

No person shall show the interior of any manufactured home or recreational vehicle to any person if such manufactured home or recreational vehicle has been connected to any utilities unless the requirements of this article have been met.
