§ 2-508. Management of municipal courts parking lot.

The department shall have and exercise management of the municipal courts parking lot, being that parking lot bounded by Lubbock, Reisner, West Capitol, and Houston Avenue. The department shall collect and account for the revenues therefrom.

Users of the municipal courts parking lot shall be liable for payment of thefees stated for this provision in the city fee schedule, including sales tax, per vehicle.
