§ 32-60. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings assigned in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Park event means:
(1)

Any group activity or organized event of more than 75 people, including but not limited to picnics, parties, family, religious institution, community or school events, or other similar activities; or

(2)

Any group activity or organized event that involves the reservation or temporary exclusive use of a designated area of a park, park road, or other park property.

Permittee means a person in receipt of a park use permit.

Park use permit means written authorization from the director for the use of a park, park road, or other park property to conduct a park event.
