§ 37-224. Issuance.

(a)

If the director determines that the application complies with the requirements of section 37-223 of this Code, the director shall grant the application and promptly notify the applicant of the decision.

(b)

If the director determines that the application does not comply with the requirements of section 37-223 of this Code, the director shall deny the application and promptly notify the applicant of the decision and the specific reason therefor.
