§ 40-296. Fees.

(a)

The applicable nonrefundable fees stated for this provision in the city fee schedule are hereby imposed for permit applications and renewals thereof.

(b)

All fees shall be tendered to the director with the application by certified or cashier's check on a bank that is authorized to transact business in the State of Texas.
