§ 40-488. Municipal parks.

(a)

The facilities owner may not install a new pole to support network nodes in a public right-of-way within a municipal park without first obtaining written consent from the director of the parks department.

(b)

The facilities owner shall provide written notice to the director of the parks department prior to installing a network node or new pole to support network nodes in a public right-of-way adjacent to a municipal park.

(c)

The facilities owner shall comply with any city design standards or requirements for facilities in a public right-of-way located within a municipal park.
