§ 40-501. Fees.

The facilities owner shall pay to the city all right-of-way use fees required by an agreement with the city, the city's fee schedule, or the amount required by state law. Fees for use of the public right-of-way shall be remitted to the ARA director not later than January 31 after permits are granted, unless otherwise provided for in an agreement with the city.
