§ 43-1. General policy.

It shall be the general policy of the City of Houston Health Department to enforce the most stringent pool safety standards permitted by law. The health officer may refer those matters involving state or federal laws, rules or regulations that the city is not authorized to enforce to the state or federal office or agency having jurisdiction.
