§ 46-453. Use of valid permittees and licensees required.

(a)

Each mobile dispatch service shall be responsible for ensuring that any driver assigned to provide vehicle for hire transportation services and any vehicle used in the rendition of the transportation services are duly licensed and permitted, respectively, to provide the transportation service pursuant to the applicable provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Upon request, a mobile dispatch service shall make available to the director its records of all qualified vehicles for hire and drivers assigned to provide vehicle for hire transportation services. The provisions of this article applicable to the submission of information to the director shall be cumulative of the provisions of section 46-11 of this Code.
