§ 46-456. Expiration and renewal of certificate of registration.

(a)

A certificate of registration issued pursuant to this article shall be valid for five years from the date of issuance.

(b)

A certificate of registration may be renewed by making application therefor in accordance with section 46-454 of this Code. A registrant shall apply for renewal at least 30 days before the expiration of the registration.
