§ 46-459. Violations; penalty.

(a)

A person who violates a provision of this article, or who fails to perform an act required of the person by this article, commits an offense. A person commits a separate offense for each and every violation relating to the operation of a mobile dispatch service, and for each day during which a violation is committed, permitted, or continued.

(b)

An offense under this article is punishable as provided in section 1-6 of this Code and the city may enforce the provisions of this article through any other means prescribed in this chapter.
