§ 5-73. Inspection of premises and issuance of license by director.

Notwithstanding the satisfaction of all the requirements provided in this division, the director shall not grant a license under this division unless the premises to be used as a dance hall complies with the laws of this state and the ordinances of the city regulating health and sanitation, fire safety regulations and the Construction Code.
