§ 21-169. Prohibited activities.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1)

Operate at a site within the city unless there is a permit for the site issued pursuant to this division;

(2)

Expand crushing operations unless a permit for the expansion has been issued pursuant to this division;

(3)

Operate at a site within the city in violation of any term of a permit issued pursuant to this division; and

(4)

Fail to post signs as provided herein.
