By the acceptance of a permit the permittee, his assigns, successors, and representatives
agree, obligate, and bind themselves to indemnify, defend and hold and save forever
harmless the city, its officers, agents, and employees from all liability, costs,
or damages arising in any manner on account of the installation, maintenance, or removal
of the permittee's facility on the public streets.
