§ 40-291. Notices.

(a)

Any notice required or permitted to be given to the city under this article may be given by e-mail or by certified United States Mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the director at the then-current mailing address.

(b)

Any notice required or permitted to be given to a permittee under this article may be given by e-mail, by certified United States Mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the permittee at the mailing address designated in the permit application. A permittee may amend the mailing address specified in his application from time to time, upon written notice to the director given in the manner specified in this section.
