§ 40-497. Streetlight poles.

The facilities owner shall not place signs, attachments, or appurtenances on a decorative pole other than specially designed informational or directional signage or temporary holiday or special event attachments. The facilities owner must obtain permission of the owner of the streetlight pole before placing anything on it.
