§ 40-498. Abandoned facilities.

In the event any facilities are unused, non-operational, or in a non-functioning condition for more than 90 consecutive days, the director may consider the facilities abandoned, unless otherwise proven by the facilities owner. The facilities owners shall remove the abandoned facilities at the facilities owner's expense and within the deadlines established in section 40-499 of this Code.
